Spicy chicken strips
Ingredients
Strips of chicken breast
Natural Yoghurt
Balti paste
Method
Mix together the natural yoghurt with the Balti paste and marinade the chicken strips for at least 2 hours. (Overnight is ideal).
Using the meat tin provided and leaving in the trivet, lay your chicken strips out along the tray.
Place in the main oven on shelf position 10, counting from the bottom upwards.
Select the G button for Genus mode and select programme 5.
Enter 20 minutes into the timer and the oven will calculate down itself to the Genus time.
Any unwanted juices will drain away through the holes in the trivet during cooking. This trivet helps to reduce the splashes to the oven cavity therefore making the oven easier to clean.
