Operating Genus couldn’t be easier
1) One push of the single central control knob lights up the touch control panel
2) Pressing the illuminated 'G' button will then give you a choice of numbers one to eight. These represent different programmes for different food types*
3) You then input the conventional cooking time, Genus will recalculate the new cooking time which is up to 4 x faster
